Design & Build Partnerships
4-Month Design & Build
Endeavour builds one projects per year for clients for our Sustainable Building and Design program. Our clients must be striving to meet the highest possible sustainable building goals. With our chosen partner, we develop plans and bring our team of instructors and students to complete the construction. Our ideal project is a new build or substantial renovation with a community focus and the need for full mechanical systems (power, heating/cooling, water, waste). Buildings between 1,000–2,500 square feet are ideal. We typically engage with projects within a one-hour travel distance from Peterborough, Ontario.

1-Month Design & Build
Our Natural Building Intensive undertakes one start-to-finish project each year. Our ideal project is between 250-750 square feet in size and requires a complete, insulated enclosure. We want to use a range of natural building materials and are looking for partners who are open to a mix-and-match approach. Projects can include electrical and HVAC systems, but these systems may be installed outside the parameters of the program. We prefer community-oriented projects, but will consider private projects as well. We typically take on projects within a one-hour driving radius from Peterborough, Ontario.

workshop Partnerships
If you have a project that involves a unique sustainable building material or system and would like to create an educational opportunity, we may be able to team up and bring Endeavour instructors and students to learn on your project.
Endeavour workshops are all about giving our students a great learning opportunity and not just providing free labour. Projects must include a suitable scope of work for 1 to 5 days of focused activity on an accessible and safe site. Workshops require a lot of advanced planning and coordination, so let us know well in advance of your plans. We typically book workshops 6-12 months in advance.
